Yashwantrao Mohite Junior College, Erandwane, Pune

Bharati vidyapeeth established in 1964 with the strong motive to open the flow equation for every section of society through visionary leadership of Hon.Dr Patangrao kadam with the moto "Transformation through dynamic education". In this education Hub of Pune city, Bharati vidyapeeth streamed from pre-primary to post graduation in every department of education having 180 institution which created life changing opportunity for every single common person not only in Maharashtra but also in abroad.

In the year 1978 Bharati Vidyapeeth, the parent body entered in higher education with the establishment of Yashwantrao Mohite college of Arts, Science and Commerce which was named after renowned social thinker, Yashwantrao Mohite.

• The College started with 122 students on 1st June 1978.
• The college is recognized under 2(f) in 1981 and 12(B) in 1986 by UGC, New Delhi.
• For the last 15 year, college has been awarded with A+ grade by NACC (National Accreditation Assessment council , Bangalore)for its academic excellence .
• The college has focused on the development of the student in the different fields of sports, arts culture etc.Some of the crowning glories are Upendra Limaye, Praveen Tarade, Kedar Jadhav, Shital Mahajan who have created their name and fame on international level.
• The college has beautiful infrastructure and Campus catering the opportunity in science and commerce faculties with well-equipped laboratories, library and playground.
• Three divisions of science and two divisions of commerce concentrating on every single student for his academic excellence through experienced faculty more than 20 year experience. Among them many are working as the members of the Board of study, researchers and the moderators
• Since 1987 Bifocal (Computer Science, Electronics) and Information Technology subjects are conducted with 100% result.
• The H.S.C result of college in the year 2019-20 is 97.51% which topped in Pune.
