Facilities
Adequacy of space is a priority to the successful conduct of any academic programme. The three-storied College building has an area of over 19,768 sq. m. exclusively meant for administrative and academic activities of engineering courses. This, more than fulfills the norms laid down by AICTE and regulatory bodies.

The college is located in the sprawling Bharati Vidyapeeth campus extending more than five acres at Sector - 07, Belpada, CBD. (Belapur) Navi Mumbai. It is on the lap of nature, surrounded by picturesque green Parsik Hills and in the midst of a quiet residential area. It is very-very close to Kharghar railway station on Harbor line, Sion-Panvel highway and hence is well connected by rail and road to Mumbai, Thane and other places. The proximity of the college to many industries in the Thane- Belapur belt, Rasayani, Taloja MIDC etc. helps the students in training and placements and facilitates Industry-Institute interactions.

Facilities

The College is well equipped with state of art academic areas comprising of Lecture Rooms and Studios. The college has additional facilities of Survey Lab, Environmental Lab, Material and Survey Equipment lab, etc which support the academic curriculum. The College also has ICT facilities and Seminar Hall. The Material testing lab and workshop is shared with the Engineering College.

NASA
National Association of Students of Architecture (NASA) is a convention of students which is conducted every year at two levels - Zonal and National.
Our college has been participating every year since 1995 and has proudly bagged trophies like LIK (in 1998,1999 and 2001), G.Sen (in 2001, 2005,2007), Nari Gandhi (in 2004), Rubens (in 2004), Industrial Design Trophy (Citation-2019, Special mention - 2022).
Our college has successfully hosted the zonal NASA event in 2002.
