- A candidate who has passed Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree from any recognised
University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC / ST candidate)
OR
- The candidate in their final admission degree (Bachelor or Master) are also eligible
to apply provided they complete their graduation requirement including practical
Examination, Viva / assignments on or before a day of admission. Such candidate
will have to produce certificate to that effect at the time of admission. Under
no circumstances will an extension of the deadline will be made. The admission of
students will however, remain provisional until they produce mark sheets proving
that they satisfy eligibility criteria. The deadline for submitting Mark sheet and
passing Certificate is August 25, 2003 failing which the admission would automatically
cancelled

- A candidate who has passed Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Science with Microbiology,
Genetics, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Botany, Biology, Zoology, Chemistry
and other life sciences from any recognised University with minimum 50% marks
in aggregate (45% in case of SC / ST candidate)
